I want to sincerely thank you for ALL that you are doing for me in regards to my parent's house. I really do appreciate your help! You were an answer to prayer at a very "low" time in my life. And I am "singing your praises" to everyone I meet. I think I may have a neighbor that will want to talk to you after the Holidays - he is thinking about putting his house up for sale.

 

I am SO grateful to you for the things you are doing on Craigslist. I check it every once in awhile & see how you keep it updated at all times. I viewed the one on Sunday, I believe it was, that had the heading LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - how clever!

 

I have shown the Visual Tour to some people and friends to show them how "great" you are.

Thank you for everything you did for us.  You helped us find the perfect home. 
 
Our home buying experience was CRRRRAZY ! After waiting five months on a short sale, we lost it two days before closing, lost a foreclosure, lost a for sale by owner-the dude was too drunk to sign paperwork!! lost a home to a conventional loan- even though our offer was by far the highest. ..Ummm there was more...none of which was our fault.  Nonetheless we were hit with many challenges.
 
You represented us as a good agent should. Above all you listened to our wants, needs and budget, You were always personable and professional.  Thank you so much for always being available.  Sometimes we called 5 or 7x in a day (not to mention the emails) and you were prompt with a response.  When we found a house we wanted to look at, we meant right now not 30 min from now.  You did good!  We have to give you credit for patience.   We had high demands and your attention to detail exceeded our expectations.  We would highly recommend you to anyone looking for any buying or selling a home.
